Returns & Refunds
All products purchased from midnightales.com are handmade. We offer the possibility of making returns.
You can return internet purchases via post only, within 7 open days after receiving your item. Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items after this time. To return an item, log into your account and follow the onscreen instructions. Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refund underwear or swimwear. Please let us know if you don’t get your package on time or if the post office has lost your package by contacting us and we will make an exception on your return date.
If your return has not been postmarked within Seven open days of receipt, we will assume you are keeping the items and charge your credit card for the entire shipment. We can't accept additional returns after your initial return is sent.
Please make sure you try everything on before you drop your package in the mail.
How long my refund will take once my return done?
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
What about faulty items or incorrect items?
Please contact our customer service. Let our Customer Care team know your order number, how much you paid and email us a copy of a valid proof of posting certificate, they will reimburse you for these return postage costs once the case examined.
Do I have to pay for the postage of the return?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. You will need to pay the cost of returning the products.
