Why do i need to register in my account?
Registering with us helps the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds. Your details won’t be passed on to other companies than Midnight Tales.
What is your online security policy?
We want to make sure that you're safe and secure when you're shopping with us online. As part of our commitment to this, we perform random checks on orders and this means that you may need to prove your identity. Customers will be contacted by phone or email and will have up to 24 hours to provide us with the required information

How can i find items i want online?
Simply use the 'search' link on Midnight Tales website and type in the product code or a description of the item you are looking for. Alternatively, use the clothing links down the left hand side of the homepage.
How can i find my size?
Don’t hesitate to ask for further informations or measurements for Midnight Tales ready to wear or vintage. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are french sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
DELIVERIES
What couriers do you use?
Deliveries are made from Ibiza. We offer two delivery service : Standard or faster. Both with tracking number. See more information on our shipping page.
How long will it take?
Our national parcels will arrive within 5 working days. However if you have selected standard delivery we advise that you allow up to 2 weeks to account for any postal delays within your country. Please note that Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
What about the tracking number?
We will send it to you once the parcel is sent.Contact us for any problems.
RETURNS AND REFUND
How long do i have to send back the items i don’t want to keep /Lost package?
Returns are due back in the mail seven open days (week-ends or out of counting) after you receive the package. Please let us know if you don’t get your package on time or if the post office has lost your package by contacting us and we will make an exception on your return date. If your return has not been postmarked within Seven open days of receipt, we will assume you are keeping the items and charge your credit card for the entire shipment. We can't accept additional returns after your initial return is sent. Please make sure you try everything on before you drop your package in the mail.
What is your return policy?
You can return internet purchases via post only, within 7 open days after receiving your item.
Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items after this time.
To return an item, log into your account and follow the onscreen instructions. Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds underwear or swimwear. Please let us know if you don’t get your package on time or if the post office has lost your package by contacting us and we will make an exception on your return date. What do I do if there is a problem with my return?

How long my refund will take once my return done?
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
What about faulty items or incorrect items?
Please contact our customer service. However, if you let our Customer Care team know how much you paid and email us a copy of a valid proof of posting certificate, they will reimburse you for these return postage costs once the case examined.
Do I have to pay for the postage of the return?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
